I know my first post (
My Dream Vacation) about this vacation sounds a little depressing. I just wanted to let you know our vacation was not exactly perfect. We took those first problems in stride though and moved on.
So Matthew's Graduation turned out to be beautiful. My boys were tired and Miles fell asleep. It was very late for them. The sun set behind us over the snow capped rockies and the moon rose in front of us.

| Denver Kuemmerles |
We drove our RV right up to the front of Charles and Kelly's house and like true
Griswalds Kuemmerles, we spent the night there. I am sure their HOA LOVED that!
The next day, the entire family (minus Kelly's mom who was not feeling well) took off to the Royal Gorge Bridge. From Wikipedia, "The Royal Gorge Bridge is a
tourist attraction near
Cañon City,
Colorado, within a 360-acre (150 ha) theme park. The bridge deck crosses the
Royal Gorge 955 feet (291 m) above the
Arkansas River,
[2] and held the record of
highest bridge in the world from 1929 until 2001, when it was surpassed by the
Liuguanghe Bridge in China." Unfortunately, this place is now closed due to the massive forest fire that has hit this area just weeks after we were there.

This was just the beginning of our trip and I can't believe how much fun we were already having!
More adventures to come!
