For Daniel's birthday, I took him to Okefenokee Swamp. We stayed in a cabin close to the refuge. It was our first trip away from Grant. While we both had a great time, we did miss Grant a lot. His nanny stayed at our house for the weekend and he was just fine. He didn't care if we were gone.
We spent the whole day on Saturday in a canoe paddling the canals. We saw a lot of alligators, birds, deer, racoons, and fox. It was a very peaceful and nice trip. Hopefully, we can take Grant to it sometime soon.
