What Happened?

Grant has picked up the phrase "What Happened?" At first, it was cute. But now, he says is over and over and over again.. In fact, I just heard him say "what happened Daddy?" He basically says this to everything. If something seems different, "what happened?" Now, in most instances, nothing at all has happened!
