Christmas was great this year. Pretty quiet but great.. Grant enjoyed his gifts from Santa. He loves his trumpet, sax, and clarinet trio... He also likes his house logs. That is what he calls them.
Daniel's mother is spending the week with us and it is nice having her here. Grant adores her.
Christmas evening, we went up to Rachael's for a little get together. It was fun and Grant wanted to stay. He fell asleep on the way home. That kid never sleeps in the car. He must have been tired.
Me? My Christmas was very low-key. I got some socks from Santa, some knitted items from Jean (which I love!), a necklace from Becca, and photo book (of last year's photos) from Daniel. Very nice.
Daniel? Santa brought Daniel some underware and t-shirts. Grant bought Daniel a belt for Christmas.
Hopes for 2009 - a baby (either by me getting pg or adoption), Daniel keeping his job, and paying off a couple bills (car, second loan), last but not least, daycare/preschool for Grant
