Before Pictures - Utility Room - Daniel's Project

First off, our utility room is a back porch converted. So that is why it looks like we are looking at the outside of our house. About 1.5 years ago, we had our whole house insulated with foam insulation... As you see on this ceiling. Before you saw boards and shingles shining through. We went with foam because you can get a higher rating and it adds stiffness to our structure.

As you can see, It is pretty ugly and dark. Daniel decided to give it a ceiling and to re-wire and add new lighting. He also decided to add motion sensor flood lights to the back yard and to give us a back deck light. We had no light near the entrance of our back door. As you can imagine....if my project was tough, this one is a nightmare. He works on it everyday until midnight or so.

Here, you can see Daniel has gotten the new ceiling up and has gotten all the lighting in.. Of course, Bob the Builder is helping... He should be a supervisor as much as he likes to tell us what to do.
